Contact [email protected] for Talkmere support. Include your app version and a description of what happened. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.

Connection problems

Talkmere needs a successful configuration check when opening. Check your connection and tap Try again. If a response stops, recover your unsent message and retry.

Purchases and credits

Use Settings → Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Subscription credits are confirmed by the server. A missing or pending purchase must be resolved before access is added.

Cancel a subscription

Open your iPhone or iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Talkmere. Deleting the app or its account does not cancel your subscription.

Your data

In Talkmere Settings, clear local conversations and saved phrases or select Delete account & local data. You can also contact support about data requests.
