Your words, your choice.

Conversation and AI processing
After you allow AI processing, messages you choose to send and relevant conversation context are sent to Talkmere’s backend and OpenAI to generate responses. A sentence-feedback request sends the sentence and learning preferences. You can revoke consent in Settings. Avoid sending sensitive information. OpenAI processes requests under its privacy policy.
Local storage
Conversation history, your phrase notebook, learning level and preferences are stored on your device. Clearing local data removes conversations and phrases from the app. These records are not an advertised cross-device sync service.
Voice features
Dictation uses Apple Speech Recognition and requests microphone and speech permissions when you choose voice input. On-device recognition is used when supported; otherwise Apple may process audio. Review dictated text before sending. Talkmere’s AI service receives the text, not the microphone audio. Listening uses device text-to-speech.
Service and purchase data
The backend processes an app device identifier, authentication tokens, credit balances, subscription status and purchase transaction identifiers to provide access and verify purchases with Apple. Operational logs and usage records support service reliability and credit accounting. Payment-card details are handled by Apple.
Controls and deletion
You can clear local conversations and phrases, revoke AI-processing consent, and request account deletion inside Settings. Account deletion does not cancel App Store billing. Contact [email protected] for data questions or requests. Purchase records may be retained where required to resolve billing or comply with applicable obligations.
Audience
Talkmere is designed for adult English learners. AI feedback is not an official assessment or a guarantee of educational outcomes.
